Hello, I’m Brenda – a PADI and SDI Instructor, a mom, a tour guide, and sometimes, even a pole dance and fitness coach (the order changes daily!). But above all, I’m passionate about sharing the incredible underwater world of the Philippines with you.

I can even keep your close-up lenses and lights ready, so you can switch faster underwater and never miss that perfect shot.
Even if there’s no camera in sight, I love guiding private dives. You get to completely customize your program, take your time, and focus on the aspects that matter most to you. With my pick-up, I organize transfers, drive to the most beautiful coastal spots and dive sites, ensuring a truly relaxed diving experience. I’m also happy to arrange meals during your trips, including vegan options or specific dietary plans if discussed in advance.

Photography & Family Diving


My journey as a dive professional has given me extensive experience working with photographers and film crews over the years. In fact, I won an award for a macro photo myself in 2017 before shifting my focus more towards assisting and guiding. In 2023, I was involved in the planning and technical assistance for a French television documentary in Coron, and in subsequent years, I often worked as a camera and photo assistant on liveaboards.
As a mother and a long-time volunteer in children’s education programs, I have a deep understanding of the needs of children and families. Are your kids keen on taking a dive course? Or perhaps you’re looking for a dive guide who can specifically adapt to the pace and requirements of family diving? My son Gwyn, now 11, has always loved the water, and since last year, he’s been diving regularly with me. We teach children aged 10 and above, guiding them through their first underwater steps all the way to Open Water certification.

Diving Beyond Dumaguete: ​


Outside of the Dumaguete and Dauin regions, I regularly work in Coron / Busuanga, where I lived for many years and managed a small dive center and guesthouse in the north. Upon request, I can also guide you through the well-known and even the more obscure wrecks of Coron, or help organize incredible dugong dives in the area.
